The effects of the radicals are less likely to manifest with intake of turmeric powder.

Turmeric powder through curcumin is able to affect the endothelia of blood vessels to reduce the risk of getting heart diseases. Apart from its action on the endothelia of blood vessels, the anti-inflammatory effect of curcumin also aids in prevention of heart diseases.
